Location, Location, Location! We are in the middle of it all.
Much to see and do in Waikiki. The World’s most famous beach is just two short blocks away. Watch the sunsets from nearly any vantage point along the beach and see the Friday night fireworks from the Hilton Hawaiian Village. The nearby neighborhood includes several major hotels and numerous large and small restaurants and nightclubs that cater to every nationality. Ask the kamaaina (locals) for their tips. The Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center and other “World Class Shopping” may be found on Kalakaua Avenue (the street fronting the beach). A few blocks away you will find famous Kapiolani park and the Waikiki Shell, Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, Diamond Head, golfing and many tennis courts.
Public Transportation bus stops are located nearby and open the whole island to you. Parking is available onsite and is located in the below street level garage. Daily parking fees are approx. $30 per 24 hours. Payment options may be selected at the vending kiosk located at the top of the ramp. But who needs a car in Waikiki? Everything is in walking distance. But if you have an itch to venture out, the island's bus transit system is awesome.
ABOUT ILLEGAL VACATION RENTALS
The city and county has recently passed new enforcement measures against vacation rentals which are not legally zoned to operate. There are an estimated 8,000-10,000 illegal rentals currently listed on booking sites (including AIRBNB) for the island. Booking sites are not currently disclosing what is and isn't a legal rental. Basically, most of everything outside of Waikiki is illegal with very few exceptions with some illegal in Waikiki too but it is a safer bet. If you are booked now or intend to book outside of Waikiki or any rental not legally zoned and operated, BEWARE as your reservation may be cancelled without any notice including during your stay. Have a back up plan or better yet, just book a legally zoned rental.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation which violates state and local Covid-19 Notices and Policies and to do so without providing a refund. Additionally, we will not consider any refunds for reservations cancelled due to service disruptions (i.e.: cancelled or delayed air transportation), illnesses, weather or changes in city, county, state laws. Guests are highly encouraged to purchase travel insurance.
